Deep Narayan Singh College has a clear and transparent policy regarding the refund and cancellation of fees. All financial transactions are subject to the regulations of our affiliating university, T.M.B. University, Bhagalpur, and the University Grants Commission (UGC).
All fees paid for online applications or registration for admission are for the processing of the application. These fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the admission application.
Fees once paid, including admission fees and tuition fees, are non-refundable after the commencement of the academic session or the last date of admission, whichever is applicable.
In the event a student wishes to cancel their admission or withdraw from the college, any potential refund of tuition fees will be processed strictly in accordance with the refund policies and guidelines set forth by T.M.B. University and the UGC. Students must submit a formal written application for admission cancellation to the college principal's office.
Any processing fees or convenience fees charged by the third-party payment gateway during the transaction are not collected by Deep Narayan Singh College and are therefore not refundable by the college.
